Request Swabs
Non UK Clients Please Note
We are currently experiencing issues with customs charges being applied to free swabs we send to clients outside of the UK. We are working on ways to overcome this, but in the meantime if you are based outside of the UK, and wish to send samples to us for Cat Genetic Testing, we currently recommend that you send your own swabs (cotton buds/Q-tips). When using cotton buds/Q tips please ensure that you only use one end to swab the cat's cheek and cut off the unused end. Please then place the used swabs (two per cat) in a clean envelope or bag labelled clearly with your cat's name. Please also enclose a completed submission form and send to the postal address on the form. Many thanks for your patience.

Sending Swabs
We suggest you send one swab per animal if you live in the UK and two swabs per animal if you live outside the UK.
Please remember to include your FULL postal address, post code/ZIP code and country - we can't send you swabs without ALL of this information!
