Our Teleconsult Service ensures we can continue to help support our valued clients via telephone or internet meetings. 

We find that a telephone consult works best when used for patients whose ailments we are already familiar with. This might be for an interim medicine review. A check in following a recent change of treatment plan. We also use phone consultations to check in on patients following routine surgery, to avoid having to bring the patient back to the clinic but still allow us to check in with you and ensure that everything is going well. 

Some minor new symptoms may be appropriately handled by phone consultation. 

In some cases your pet may still need to be seen which we will decide following an initial telephone or video consultation. This is especially true if the symptoms require close visual or physical examination such as a sore leg, wound or an eye problem.
