After leaving school, Helen started an apprenticeship as a Customer Service Advisor, where she gained NVQ's in Business Management and Customer Service. From there she moved on to work as a Receptionist at Weston Town Hall.
After having two children, Helen went back to college and gained a BTEC Diploma in Event and Hospitality Management, before becoming a part of Reception Team here at Langford in 2015.
In 2024 Helen starts a new role as Client Liaison Advisor.
