Vicki graduated from Cambridge University in 2009, she initially spent 2 ½ years in small animal practice, followed by an internship in a private referral hospital. She completed her residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at Bristol in 2016 and became a European Specialist.

Since this time Vicki has been working as a clinician and has developed a special interest in acute medicine, pyrexia of unknown origin and immune mediated disorders and has published scientific research in these areas.

Langford Vets are very pleased to announce that Hattie Lawrence has joined us as CEO. This marks a significant milestone for Langford Vets and reinforces its commitment to providing an extensive range of specialist capabilities and superior quality of animal care and a world class teaching environment to undergraduate and post graduate students of the University of Bristol.

Hattie, a Bristol Vet School graduate, is returning to her roots, with more than two decades of experience in the veterinary industry including 20 years of clinical practice, followed most recently by Equine Director for CVS. Her track record in delivering growth, fostering innovation, and effecting positive change across multi-site operations, establishes her as the ideal fit to lead Langford Vets.

Lisa joined Langford Vets in March 2022 and heads up the HR Function. Lisa is an experienced HR professional with twenty years of generalist experience. She is driven and curious to find best practice solutions to problems whilst continually assessing risk, and offering a professional, personable and proactive approach. She has worked in a variety of HR leadership roles for; Milk Link, Yankee Candle and Pieminister. Outside of work she enjoys, travelling and spending time with her family.
