To register as a new client or add a new patient, you can either give us a call or fill out the form below. Confirmation is subject to approval by our team. If you register as a new client online, one of our team will be in touch with you to confirm that you are located within our coverage area and to take payment of a joining fee of £150 which will be converted to credit towards visits.
Coverage Area
The normal practice area extends from the Bristol Channel in the West, to Warminster in the East, North to Bath & Bristol and South to Wincanton and Somerton. Alternatively you can bring your horse into our Conkerfield Clinic if you are outside the area we cover. If you are unsure, feel free to call or email us to discuss your needs.
