Team Quotes:

We are lucky enough to be able to offer 5* inpatient care to our many in-patients and have fantastic facilities to help support us such as our hoist located in our neurology ward. Even though we are a very busy ward, we have time to give our inpatients some extra TLC and settling in time before needing to carry out procedures on them, such as applying EMLA to a patient before placing their intravenous catheter.

The vets, nurses and aca team will work together to create an individual care plan to attend our patient's needs, from pain plans to how and when we feed them which is great when dealing with our more reactive patients. Even on a busy day, I still love working within the surgical wards.’

‘In wards I get to be part of a great team that work closely together to deliver great care to patients. I love that I get to be involved with teaching and that I am surrounded by many learning opportunities.  There are so many interesting cases that I work with daily that keeps my job exciting!’
