Frances has spent her career to date working in Higher Education Admissions, more recently specifically with international students, and she loves speaking with people from all walks of life.

She grew up riding horses and retains her love of them, being around them to this day although no longer riding them. Combining that with her customer service background means bringing passion and expertise together. Outside of work Frances has interests in true crime and criminology, having studied forensic science at University. She loves being in nature and exploring new places with her black labrador, Bentley. She's an avid reader but also enjoys writing, especially stand up comedy sets, which she aims to return to performing for low level fun!
