Lisa joined Langford Vets in March 2022 and heads up the HR Function. Lisa is an experienced HR professional with twenty years of generalist experience. She is driven and curious to find best practice solutions to problems whilst continually assessing risk, and offering a professional, personable and proactive approach. She has worked in a variety of HR leadership roles for; Milk Link, Yankee Candle and Pieminister. Outside of work she enjoys, travelling and spending time with her family.

Sara has worked as a Veterinary Nurse and College lecturer for over 30 years, specialising in British wildlife care, managing various UK Wildlife charities. She has lectured student Veterinary nurses and animal care students at Merrist Wood and Cannington College, over the years.
She has joined as the Business Relationship Manager after her recent role as an account manager for a Veterinary imaging company, covering the South and South West of the UK. Her role at Langford will be to provide a liaison with all Veterinary Practices referring to Langford Vets.

Darran joined Langford Vets, as Operations and Compliance Administrator, in June 2017. He previously worked at North Somerset Council, for over 20 years, undertaking a variety of administrative and business support roles in event management, tourism, committee administration, complaints, freedom of information requests and data protection compliance.
In his spare time Darran enjoys playing golf, watching sports and films, and looking after his cats.

Hannah is a Veterinary Nurse and trained at Langford circa 1999. Since then, Hannah gained varied veterinary industry experience in the UK and Australia. Hannah has worked at a wildlife rescue centre in Indonesia, within the financial industry and spent several years as a manager for People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals. Hannah developed her own successful training business, delivering canine first aid training to people who work with dogs and responsible dog owners. More recently, Hannah worked as an IT Implementation Analyst for VetPartners and led a large international team to deliver veterinary postgraduate study examinations as Operations Team Manager for Improve Veterinary Education.
Hannah joined Langford Vets as Project Manager in July 2023, and now leads central operations as part of the head office management team.
When not working, Hannah can be found riding her horse or walking her rescue lurcher on the Mendips.

Lucie joined the small animal hospital in 2012, having previously worked in first opinion practice as a branch manager. Lucie initially was our Customer Care Team Leader in our Small Animal Hospital before moving into her new role as Front of House Manager and Operational Support. Lucie is passionate about customer service and delivering an excellent client journey, and being the go to person for any query. In January 2022 Lucie takes on the role of Operations Manager.

Tina gained her CIPD Level 5 qualifications in 2013, enjoys supporting staff and colleagues and loves learning new ways to do things.
