Lee qualified from the University of Cambridge in 2007 and, after working in a charity hospital, he completed internships at Northwest Surgeons in Cheshire and the Royal Veterinary College, London. He was awarded a masters by research degree, followed by a PhD from Bristol University investigating the effect of ageing on bone mechanobiology, funded by the Wellcome Trust. Lee completed specialist training at Bristol University and was awarded a European Diploma in Small Animal Surgery in 2017.
Lee is Clinical Lead in Small Animal Soft Tissue Surgery at Langford Vets and is interested in all aspects of soft tissue surgery.

Katie studied Bioveterinary Sciences at the Royal Veterinary College before moving into a career in marketing and communications. Since then, she has worked across the charity, education, heritage, and veterinary sectors, helping organisations communicate more effectively with the people they serve.
Katie joined Langford Vets as Marketing Lead in 2026, where she supports marketing across a wide range of veterinary services and the Langford Academy, with a focus on audience growth, client engagement, and continuing professional development for veterinary professionals.
She enjoys the variety that marketing offers, from developing strategy and creating content to finding new ways to engage different audiences. Outside of work, Katie can usually be found walking her dogs in the countryside or planning her next trip.
